However accidents in transit may happen of which we have no control. Please note all our gifts are guaranteed against manufacturers faults. All faults or shortages need to be reported to Tregawne in writing within 7 days.
We endeavour to dispatch your order the same day if possible. If your gifts(s) qualify for free postage, please note that most parcels will be sent out by second class recorded. For gifts which need to be engraved, please allow up to 1 week extra for delivery. In most cases engraving can be done straight away, but depending on the time of year, it is also possible that our engraver is very busy.
